The new Saad Specialist Hospital website is due to be launched in the fall of 2012. Featuring a new look, the site has a range of new services for patients as well as utilising new front end techniques and technologies to enhance the user experience. The site back-end uses a bespoke CMS built from scratch, in-house, using ASP.NET. Online appointments and other site functions will utilise web services. The front end of the site has been completely modernised and has been built using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery. The site has also been built with consideration for older browsers and degrades very well.
As the new website is yet to launch, I have added a link to the old prototype site for viewing. Please note, this is an early prototype only and some of the functions are only for display purposes.
