Health Care – Divisional Branding

Saad Specialist Hospital is a large hospital boasting over 600 inpatient beds, an Outpatient Clinic that serves over 1,000 patients a day, a Health Science Centre for oncology and medical research, Saad Training Institute with its 1,000+ seat auditorium and a nursing college which specifically trains Saudi females for a career in the health care industry. With such an array of services, a new divisional, sub-branding was required which enabled a cross channel approach to educating patients and employees on how to both navigate the Hospital site and interpret Hospital patient information.

The new wayfinding system and sub-branding has been in planning and research for some time and is currently being executed in phases with an expected full roll out within the next year. Upon the completion of this project patients and employees alike will benefit from having a bilingual wayfinding system that is reinforced every step of the way by a family of patient education material. The logical brand structure will further increase equity within the Saad Specialist Hospital brand as this system will clarify services, departments, marketing communications and strategic positioning within the region.
